After the sketching process we get confirmation from the customer that they love how it looks before proceeding to the etching stage.
We strive to live stream our burning sessions as they tend to take hours. Keeping an eye on our YouTube notifications to not miss yours being streamed!
Each piece takes hours to craft, so we do have a max quota per week that we can do. So order yours soon to get it by the holidays!

Invoice: After going over photos, planning, and shipping you will be invoiced. After you've paid the invoice, we will start the project.

In regards to our Custom Hand Wood Burned items, we do NOT offer returns after the project has gone past the sketch phase and into the burning.
During the sketch phase we currently do 2 revisions max. Consultations are free.
